Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. We ship all over the world Domestic and International.

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping can depend on a number of things, how fast the post runs, post service used, if there is any storms or such this could slow down delivery. Usually Domestic is 2-5 days and International is 7-21 days.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

If you live in California you will be charged the states 9% sales tax, all other states will not be charged tax as well as international orders. However some countries have different regulations and tax's and we are not responsible for such tax's. 

RETURNS

What is your return policy? 

Items can be returned for a new item as long as it is in good condition upon return. If an item is damaged upon delivery a new one will be shipped as soon as the damaged one is returned. Damage caused by the user will void this return policy.

 

Do you refund?

There is no refunds, all sales are final. But store credit will be given instead.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal only. If using an E-check it must be cleared through PayPal first.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

No warranty at this time however a warranty plan is in the works.
